Three Epstein's parking lots and a parking garage were available 
for public parking, but these lots are involved in a major urban development plan, 
which will see new construction from "near the Green" at SOUTH STREET to MAPLE AVENUE and also to MACCULLOCH AVENUE.  

Some of these new parking spaces will be for the owners of the new "in town" condominiums 
and some will be for public parking near Morristown's famous shopping and great restaurants.
